This is a new cancer. Rodriguez\/Getty Images)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In April, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2025\/03\/dave-coulier-grandchild\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Coulier learned that his cancer was in remission<\/a> from lymphoma the same day that he found out he\u2019d become a grandfather.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was an amazing day,\u201d he said at the time.<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, six months later, Coulier received his tongue cancer diagnosis after he \u201chad a PET scan and something flared on the scan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe silver lining here is that I had cancer, which helped me detect my other cancer. Brown\/Getty Images)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Coulier said his first thoughts when he learned of his new diagnosis were for his wife, whom he married in July of 2014.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s psychologically draining.
