I\u2019m squeezing in through my pelvic floor and then at the very top I\u2019m gonna tuck my tailbone under, squeeze my glutes and I\u2019m gonna do a crunch.\u201d Baldwin shared that the move not only works out her legs, but it\u2019s also \u201can ab exercise.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis also gets your cardio up,\u201d Baldwin continued. \u201cIf you want more, you can bring your arms up like a jumping jack.\u201d She also shared another movie that works out the abs even more by bringing your elbows together and crunching.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4182081\" style=\"width: 646px;\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\">\n<div class=\"ratio-based-placeholder\" style=\"padding-bottom:158.57142857143%;\"><\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span class=\"caption\"><br \/>\n Hilaria Baldwin<\/span> <span class=\"credit\">Courtesy of Hilaria Baldwin\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Baldwin joked that if people are going to do the move and still \u201cmake fun of it, at least you\u2019re working out.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTry it for 60 seconds \ud83d\udd25 #hilariabaldwin #fitness #doit,\u201d she captioned the post.
