28 November 2025<\/time>\n <\/p>\nSean ‘Diddy’ Combs has found a “strong brotherhood” in prison.<\/p>\n <\/p>\nSean ‘Diddy’ Combs has bonded with his fellow inmates<\/p>\n\nThe 56-year-old rap mogul – who is serving 50 months behind bars after being convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution – was recently transferred to the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) in Fort Dix, New Jersey to serve out the rest of his sentence, and he has found a “home” within the facility thanks to the relationship between inmates.<\/p>\n\nSpeaking through his spokesperson, the I’ll Be Missing You hitmaker told TMZ: “\u201cThere\u2019s a lot of misinterpretations about prison. There is a strong brotherhood. We all look out for each other. It\u2019s nothing but a positive thing.<\/p>\n\n\u201cIt\u2019s like a little bit of home in a dark place.\u201d<\/p>\n\nTo mark the Thanksgiving holiday, the rapper worked with an internal group called Bankroll Bosses to fund and supply dinner for all the inmates.<\/p>\n\nCombs and some others bought food from the commissary, spent two days preparing before distributing it to every housing unit at Fort Dix.<\/p>\n\nAnd despite no stoves, no microwaves, and the inmates preparing the food having to use ID cards for cutting, the prisoners enjoyed turkey with trimmings including mashed potatoes and corn, and a dessert.<\/p>\n\nA former gang leader who helped organise the initiative named B.I. said: \u201cWe cooked the food and sent it to all the buildings. Enough for about 200 people each building. It took two days to prep everything.\u201d<\/p>\n\nCombs was transferred from Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York City to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey on October 30. FCI Fort Dix is a low security facility and said to have better conditions than MDC Brooklyn, where Combs had been behind bars since his arrest on various sex crime charges in September 2024. <\/p>\n\nHis legal team had requested he be moved to the facility in New Jersey because of its access to drug rehabilitation schemes.<\/p>\n\nThe Bad Boy Records founder had complained about the conditions in MDC and his friend Charlucci Finney previously claimed Combs had suffered a terrifying incident at the prison when he woke up “with a knife to his throat”. <\/p>\n\nCharlucci told the Daily Mail online: \u201cHe woke up with a knife to his throat. I don\u2019t know whether he fought him off or the guards came, I just know that it happened.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\u201cIf this guy had wanted to harm him, Sean would have been harmed.
