\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Tony Award winners Liev Schreiber<\/strong><\/a> and Tyne Daly<\/strong><\/a> are heading back to Broadway!<\/p>\n The two actors will star in the first Broadway revival of the play Doubt: A Parable<\/em><\/strong>, written by John Patrick Shanley<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Here\u2019s the synopsis: \u201cSister Aloysius, the prickly principal of an all-boys Catholic school in a working-class part of the Bronx, is feared by students and colleagues alike. But when she suspects nefarious relations between the charismatic priest Father Flynn and a student, she\u2019s forced to wrestle with what\u2019s fact, what\u2019s fiction, and how much she\u2019ll risk to expose the difference\u2014all the while wrestling with her own bone-deep doubts.\u201d<\/p>\n Tyne<\/strong> will play Sister Aloysius while Liev<\/strong> will star as Father Flynn. Additional casting will be announced at a later date.<\/p>\n The play won the Tony Award for Best Play and was later turned into a movie with Meryl Streep<\/strong><\/a>, Phillip Seymour Hoffman<\/strong><\/a>, Viola Davis<\/strong><\/a>, and Amy Adams<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Doubt<\/em> will begin performances in February 2024 at Roundabout Theatre Company\u2019s American Airlines Theatre. <\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
