Looking at\u00a0Kate Beckinsale<\/strong>, it\u2019s hard to believe the English actress has been in the limelight for three decades. In fact, Kate\u2019s graceful aging has sparked quite a bit of plastic surgery<\/a> speculation over the years.<\/p>\n That said, the\u00a0Underworld<\/em>\u00a0star is adamant that she\u2019s never gone under the knife. \u201cMy family are generally on the younger-looking side,\u201d Kate revealed to\u00a0The Sunday Times<\/em><\/a>\u00a0in a July 2021 interview. \u201cEven my dog is 9 and looks like a puppy.\u201d<\/p>\n In addition to plastic surgery, Kate denies ever getting Botox. \u201cI haven\u2019t had any!\u201d the mother of one, who shares daughter Lily Mo Sheen with ex\u00a0Michael Sheen<\/strong>\u00a0assured.\u00a0\u201cI\u2019m not against people having it. [But] I do get pissed off. It\u2019s sort of a given that I\u2019ve had it, which I just literally haven\u2019t. I\u2019m frightened of paralyzing my face. My mum\u2019s voice is in my head, very loud, at all times. My mum wouldn\u2019t even get a facial, she is suspicious of anything like that, and looks f\u2013ing radiant and amazing. I know if I did do Botox, I\u2019d be the one that would get the droopy eye, and my mum would go, \u2018I f\u2013ing told you! See? You should never do that.’\u201d<\/p>\n So, how does Kate, who\u2019s in her late-40s, manage to look so youthful? The U.K. native works out five to six times a week! \u201cAnother thing I find amazing, because you literally could barely move me as a kid, I didn\u2019t want to stand up,\u201d she joked.<\/p>\n Additionally, Kate isn\u2019t opposed to platelet-rich plasma injections. \u201cI do like PRP, when they take your blood [plasma and reinject it into your skin],\u201d she explained. \u201cThat\u2019s a real thing, from your own body. But not with scary poisonous things!\u201d<\/p>\n
