Goldie Hawn<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s family is going all-out to mark her milestone 80th birthday<\/a> on Friday, November 21.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe would have done anything for her. Totally up to her,\u201d Hawn\u2019s eldest son, Oliver Hudson<\/strong><\/a>, exclusively told Us Weekly <\/i>while promoting his new Magnolia Network series, Gingerbread Land: The Biggest Holiday Competition. <\/i>\u201c[If] she wanted to go to the moon, we\u2019d figure it out, but she\u2019s a simple gal.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hawn shares Oliver, 49, and daughter Kate Hudson<\/strong>, 46, with ex Bill Hudson<\/strong>, as well as son Wyatt Russell<\/strong>, 39, with longtime partner Kurt Russell<\/strong><\/a>. (Kurt, 74, is also father of son Boston Russell<\/strong>, 45, from a previous marriage.)<\/p>\n

\u201cShe wants her family, and that\u2019s it, and that\u2019s what we\u2019re doing now,\u201d Oliver told Us <\/i>of the festivities. \u201cWe have a lot of fun things planned within that she doesn\u2019t know about, but we are just going to keep it [and] keep it [just to] family.\u201d<\/p>\n

Oliver further teased that his blended family had a lot of ideas to celebrate the Oscar winner<\/a> on her special day.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve got some golf tournament things, we\u2019ve got some cooks, [and] we might have some music,\u201d he told Us. <\/i>\u201cWe\u2019ve got some stuff, you know, but the patrons will be just the family.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hawn\u2019s family were also quick to mark her big day on social media.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo distill half of her life that I\u2019ve known into a single caption feels impossible. I have been the lucky recipient of novels of love and wisdom from her,\u201d Kate wrote via Instagram<\/a>, alongside a handful of throwback images on Friday. \u201cShe is truly extraordinary and as I celebrate her everyday, today we all get to share in it!\u201d<\/p>\n

Several of Hawn and Kate\u2019s celebrity friends also celebrated the special occasion in the comments section.<\/p>\n

\u201cScorpio sister Goldie!!!! So much love and thanks,\u201d Rita Wilson<\/strong> replied, with supermodel Karlie Kloss<\/strong> calling Hawn a \u201cqueen goddess.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hawn and Russell have long maintained a close-knit relationship with their children and grandchildren.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know who I would be without my mother. I can\u2019t even fathom it,\u201d Oliver previously gushed on a 2024 episode<\/a> of his and Kate\u2019s \u201cSibling Revelry\u201d podcast. \u201cThe love that I have for her and the respect and the reverence that I have for her is beyond anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

The two actors are the children of actress Goldie Hawn and ex-husband Bill Hudson. Hawn and Bill split in 1980, nearly 35 years before he publicly disowned Kate and Oliver. Months later, Oliver detailed his dynamic with Kurt.<\/p>\n

\u201cKurt came into my life when I was 5 or 6 and essentially he raised me. I\u2019m the man I am today because of him, right?\u201d Oliver recalled on a November 2024 episode<\/a> of the podcast. \u201cThere was a moment when he asked us, myself and Kate, if we wanted to be adopted, and we said no. \u2026 I don\u2019t remember the age, but we just said, \u2018Well, we don\u2019t need it.
