Real Housewives of Orange County<\/a><\/em> alum Meghan King<\/a><\/strong> has lost custody of her three kids, who she shares with ex-husband Jim Edmonds<\/strong>, following a Child Protective Services investigation.<\/p>\n Multiple sources told Us Weekly<\/a><\/em> in a report on Wednesday, November 19, that King, 41, had lost custody of her kids in recent months. Their divorce was finalized in May 2021. At the time, they agreed to share joint custody of their daughter, Aspen, 8, and 7-year-old twins, Hart and Hayes.<\/p>\n King\u2019s reps did not immediately respond to Life & Style<\/em>\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n The decision was made after cops were called on King during a May 1 incident at Edmonds\u2019 home with his current wife, Kortnie Edmonds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n In a written report by the Frontenac Police Department, Kortnie was named as the \u201cvictim\u201d and King was listed as the \u201csubject\u201d in the altercation.<\/p>\n According to Us Weekly<\/em>, the drama began when King arrived at the Edmonds\u2019 home to drop off a dress for their daughter. She claimed she spoke to her ex before her arrival, though was told he and their daughter weren\u2019t at the home when she got there.<\/p>\n Kortnie allegedly demanded that King leave, though she refused because she wanted to talk to her daughter. After Kortnie closed the door on King, the former reality star made her way into the house and started calling for Aspen.<\/p>\n \u201cKortnie walked back to the front door and observed Meghan standing inside the house approximately 5 feet from the doorway,\u201d an officer wrote in a report from the incident, per Us Weekly<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n Kortnie told authorities she told King to get out of the home, adding she \u201cslowly walked back\u201d out of the house \u201cbut wedged her foot in the door briefly\u201d so she could not \u201cshut the door completely.\u201d<\/p>\n
