Bynes never said that. The nonsensical sentence, as if the author might not be a native English speaker, should be your second)<\/p>\n<p>The video then cuts to behind-the-scenes footage of Bynes from her early years of child stardom.<\/p>\n<p>She\u2019s on set in a hot tub next to Dan Schneider, the Nickelodeon showrunner behind <em>All That<\/em>, <em>The Amanda Show<\/em>, <em>iCarly<\/em>, <em>Victorious<\/em>, <em>Sam &amp; Cat<\/em>, and more.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-media-max-width=\"560\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Amanda Bynes Update: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/8tHbIu64QY\" target=\"_blank\">pic.twitter.com\/8tHbIu64QY<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Tara Frisk (@miss_frisk112) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/miss_frisk112\/status\/1991734521130283252?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">November 21, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>There are many circumstances in which a grown man being in a hot tub with a tween or young teen or frankly any minor might be wildly inappropriate.<\/p>\n<p>Being fully dressed, on camera, and in full view of likely a dozen or more members of production crew is <em>probably <\/em>a factor in his favor.<\/p>\n<p>Even so, the claim of an adult \u2014 any adult, let alone a director and showrunner \u2014 having any sort of sexual relationship with a middle school aged girl is a horror. The claim of pregnancy makes it even worse.<\/p>\n<p>The video gained the most traction on TikTok, one of the most pernicious spreaders of disinformation in recent years.<\/p>\n<p>Bynes says that she didn\u2019t make the video, and that its claims are false. The video cuts to the old BTS footage.<\/p>\n<p>In the real video, she\u2019s turning the camera to face the guy whom she\u2019s dating. They think that it\u2019s <em>so obvious<\/em> that, say, Tom Hanks eats children to please demons for the Deep State, but there\u2019s no evidence \u2014 so they pretend that there is.<\/p>\n<p>However, once again, there is no actual evidence of any of this. <\/p>\n<p>Not of Schneider engaging in sexually inappropriate behavior with Bynes, not of Bynes being pregnant at 13, and not of the intersection of these two stories.<\/p>\n<p>The worst revelations from the <em>Quiet on Set<\/em> documentary were not about Schneider at all. It is horrible, and no matter what Megyn Kelly things, there is no excuse for it. <\/p>\n<p>And the entertainment world is one of only a few industries where it\u2019s likely to happen in the workplace rather than where these things happen more often (as most predators are the child\u2019s family or family friends).<\/p>\n<p>When the alleged victim is now a living adult, however, it\u2019s up to them to describe what happened to them \u2014 if anything happened at all. <\/p>\n<p>Can we please give Amanda Bynes time to live her life and be herself?
