Andy Cohen<\/strong><\/a> is revealing he got the Kardashian-Jenners to have a rare conversation about plastic surgery<\/a> during the Keeping Up With the Kardashians<\/em><\/a> reunion, but ultimately Kim Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> put the kibosh on fans ever getting to see it.<\/p>\n The Watch What Happens Live<\/em> host was ultimately happy with the outcome, as the costars were initially reluctant about doing a reunion episode following the show\u2019s series finale in June 2021. \u201cI thought that the final product was really juicy. And as revealing as they\u2019ve been, there was so much more,\u201d Andy told Amanda Hirsch<\/strong> on the Tuesday, May 30, episode of her \u201cNot Skinny But Not Fat<\/a>\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd if there could ever be a director\u2019s cut or my cut, I think people would be really surprised because we had very frank conversations about plastic surgery,\u201d he revealed.<\/p>\n \u201cThere was a moment where I was grilling Kim, and she was being really PC, and then she finally said, \u2018Look, we\u2019re not going to use this, but I\u2019m going to tell you right now.\u2019 She told it to me straight,\u201d he continued. While Amanda encouraged Andy to make a director\u2019s cut with never before seen footage, he said there\u2019s no chance of that happening.<\/p>\n \u201cThey own the tape, so it\u2019s never going to be seen,\u201d he said of the plastic surgery discussion<\/a>.<\/p>\n Andy gave credit to Kim for helping make the reunion happen, which included her sisters Kourtney<\/strong><\/a> and Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/strong><\/a>, Kendall<\/strong><\/a> and Kylie Jenner<\/strong><\/a>, Scott Disick<\/strong><\/a> and mom Kris Jenner<\/strong><\/a>. \u201cKim and I kind of hatched that plan a little bit. She really helped me book them all,\u201d the Bravolebrity recalled about the E! special.<\/p>\n It was the family matriarch who in the end had the most jitters about being grilled by Andy. \u201cAnd then the morning of, I remember Kris was really nervous. And she was like, \u2018Why did we agree to do this?’\u201d he recalled.<\/p>\n The Kar-Jenners have famously remained tight-lipped about rumored plastic surgery and other cosmetic work<\/a> over the years. But Andy did get one huge confession out of Khlo\u00e9, as she admitted to getting rhinoplasty<\/a> after being called out by fans for years over her \u201cchanging face.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cFor me, everyone says, \u2018Oh my gosh, she\u2019s had her third face transplant,\u2019\u201d the Good American founer explained. \u201cBut I\u2019ve had one nose job \u2014 Dr. Raj Kanodia<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 and everyone gets so upset, like, \u2018Why don\u2019t I talk about it?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cNo one\u2019s ever asked me,\u201d she continued. \u201cYou\u2019re the first person in an interview that\u2019s ever asked me about my nose. I\u2019ve done, sure, injections \u2014 not really Botox. I\u2019ve responded horribly to Botox,\u201d Khlo\u00e9 added.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
