Us Weekly<\/em> has your exclusive intro to the 10 instant reality stars you\u2019ll meet in season 12 \u2014 back at Lisa Vanderpump<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s West Hollywood hotspot SUR December 2 at 9 p.m. on Bravo, next day on Peacock \u2014 and the group convinced Us<\/em> that they are ready to make their own mark.<\/p>\n

\u201cDo I think it\u2019s the old Vanderpump<\/em>? No. I think it\u2019s completely different. Is it going to have drama like the old Vanderpump<\/em>? Yes. Is it going to have a lot of sex like the old Vanderpump? Yes. Am I involved in some of that? You bet your ass,\u201d Shayne Davis<\/strong> says in the new issue of Us<\/em>. \u201cIf you give this a shot, you\u2019re really gonna love it \u2026 or hate-watch it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> asked all of the newbies if they could use a past SURver<\/a> to describe their role in the group, and the overwhelming response was no \u2014 they don\u2019t want to be compared to the likes of Jax Taylor, Stassi Schroeder, Tom Schwartz, Tom Sandoval, Katie Maloney, Kristen Doute, James Kennedy<\/strong> and more.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m gonna shoot you straight. \u2026 I am still looking on this planet Earth to find somebody that reminds me of myself,\u201d Marcus Johnson<\/strong> \u2014 a character who fans will surely have a lot of opinions on, as do his costars \u2014 tells Us<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Marcus\u2019 off-again, on-again girlfriend, Kim Suarez<\/strong>, has a slightly more humble take.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople are understandably so eager to make those comparisons \u2014 just out of their love for the OGs \u2014 but there\u2019s no comparison. Everybody is completely different from the old cast,\u201d she says. \u201cEveryone in this cast has their own thing going for them. I think people are going to be really pleasantly surprised once they start to get to know everybody. There\u2019s similarities, but it\u2019s not in the way that people are going to want to be able to compare.\u201d<\/p>\n
