Captain Sandy<\/strong><\/a> had to step in to reprimand bosun Nathan Gallagher<\/strong> after a misstep with the deck team on Below Deck Mediterranean<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

During the Monday, November 17, episode of the hit Bravo show, Nathan found himself frustrated when Joe Bradley<\/strong> took a long break, leaving the deck unattended. Sandy made it clear to Nathan that he had to do better when it came to assigning someone to the deck.<\/p>\n

Nathan pulled Aesha Scott<\/strong> aside for some advice on how to weather being friends with Joe while creating a structure for him, Max Salvador<\/strong> and Victoria SanJuan<\/strong>. Sandy also pointed out that Nathan was too friendly with Joe when he needed to be his boss.<\/p>\n

Season 10, which premiered in September<\/a>, reunited Aesha with Captain Sandy and now-bosun Nathan. In addition to past Below Deck<\/em> star deckhand Max, the rest of the crew includes Chef Josh Bingham and stews Kizzi Kitchener<\/strong> and Cathy Skinner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tOver the years, Bravo viewers have seen Below Deck Mediterranean cast members come and go \u2014 but not before they brought the drama to the small screen. The spinoff series, which premiered in 2016, seemingly found a permanent crew member in chief stew Hannah Ferrier. The Australia native appeared in five seasons of the hit [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cConsistency makes a better boat,\u201d Sandy exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> about hoping to remain with some of the same crew season to season. \u201cYou\u2019re not always training people and they\u2019re not always finding their feet. But to be honest, every boat that we get every season is different. It\u2019s rare we get the same boat every season.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sandy explained that there are always obstacles<\/a>, sharing, \u201cNo matter if you return or not, you\u2019re still going to have to figure out the boat because it\u2019ll probably be a different one. Having consistency when we return is great because the trust factor for me is there \u2014 or the watch factor to make sure I keep an eye on them. Because sometimes they\u2019re just not great at certain things but they\u2019re great at others.\u201d<\/p>\n

She concluded: \u201cAesha is well-rounded. [With Nathan], I think unless you\u2019re pushed into something, you\u2019re never going to know if you\u2019re a fit. I think pressure makes us better. I do apply the pressure and let\u2019s see how well Nathan handles that pressure.\u201d<\/p>\n

After Joe joined the team, the deckhand discussed his new normal<\/a> with Nathan.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving Nathan as my boss was nice to see because you can see a person grow. But don\u2019t get me wrong, you do see a very different side of Nathan this season. If you\u2019re a bit more organized, things will work out better,\u201d Joe teased to Us earlier this month. \u201cHe\u2019s the boss so I am going to respect his position.\u201d<\/p>\n

The original series premiered in 2013, documenting the daily lives of crew members on luxurious yachts during charter season. With each season, the crew members\u2019 personal lives have begun to cross over into their [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Joe recalled not wanting to \u201cstep on any toes<\/a>\u201d after joining Bravado.<\/p>\n
