According to Justin Baldoni, Blake Lively is guilty of one of the many things of which she accused him.<\/p>\n

On those grounds, he wants the court to throw out her $161 million suit<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to Baldoni, Lively allegedly improvised a kiss while filming \u2014 something that she\u2019d asked him to stop doing.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear how either side can prove whether this deleted scene was planned. However, Baldoni\u2019s complaint makes it clear that he\u2019s still fuming about Lively\u2019s level of creative control.<\/p>\n
