She may not be on\u00a0Laguna Beach<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>anymore, but Kristin Cavallari<\/strong><\/a> can still rock a bikini<\/a> any day of the week!<\/p>\n The businesswoman and mom of three \u2014 the MTV alum shares kids Camden, Jaxon and Saylor<\/a> with ex-husband Jay Cutler<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 is always posting photos of her luxurious beach vacations and fans are constantly taking style inspiration from her fashionable bathing suits.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m not going to apologize for being confident,\u201d the Uncommon James founder<\/a> told\u00a0New Beauty<\/em><\/a> during a May 2021 interview. \u201cFor me, beauty starts from within. \u2026 You can take care of yourself with good food, you can drink a lot of water and stay hydrated, and then, your skincare routine is really more the icing on the cake. But the biggest part of beauty is confidence, and confidence always comes from within \u2014 there is absolutely no denying that. We have everything we need within ourselves.\u201d<\/p>\n During the same interview, Kristin explained that she\u2019s teaching her three kids to grow up with unwavering confidence.<\/p>\n \u201cIf I\u2019ve learned anything this past year, it\u2019s that we can all realize that we\u2019re whole, instead of looking for any outside source for that validation,\u201d the Hills<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>alum shared \u201cThat\u2019s when you really come into your own. I think, as a mom, it\u2019s important to me to raise my kids to be confident, and to love themselves without being cocky. I want them to be real, I want them to be confident and I want them to be comfortable in their own skin. All of that is really important \u2014 especially in today\u2019s world.\u201d<\/p>\n Not only did Kristin discuss her confidence while chatting with\u00a0New Beauty<\/em>, but she also revealed that she\u2019s not really one for diets, rather she looks \u201cat what I eat as a lifestyle.\u201d So, how does she maintain that incredible beach body<\/a>?<\/p>\n \u201cI work out four or five times a week and I primarily lift weights, but, sometimes, I do circuit training so that my heart rate is up,\u201d she explained. \u201cI\u2019m not crazy about cardio, unless I do some little bursts, like a minute or two, in between lifting weights. Honestly, it\u2019s really just about consistency.\u201d<\/p>\n Whatever Kristin\u2019s doing is totally working, because fans can\u2019t stop gushing over her bathing suit pictures on Instagram.<\/p>\n \u201cYesterday\u2019s bikini didn\u2019t make for good tan lines but you should be looking at my body chain anyway,\u201d she captioned an April 2022 snap taken in the Bahamas.<\/p>\n
