Neither Kelsea, 31, nor Chase, 33, has publicly commented on the relationship just yet \u2014 but their cozy appearance seems to say it all.<\/p>\n<p>So far, neither Kelsea nor Chase have confirmed or denied their relationship status.<\/p>\n<p>Their Scottish sighting comes just two months after <em>Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed that the pair had called it quits following nearly two years of dating. \u201cIt was a hard split,\u201d another insider shared at the time. \u201cThey had been arguing a lot recently, and their communication wasn\u2019t great in the last month.
