The Bachelor<\/em> alum Ali Fedotowsky<\/strong><\/a> is clapping back at body-shamers.<\/p>\n

\u201cGirl my body is amazing just like yours is! My weight is always fluctuating as well as my bloat and how my clothes fit and all of that and that\u2019s fine,\u201d the reality TV personality, 41, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Sunday, November 9, publicly responding to a troll who told her that she is \u201cso thin\u201d and \u201cmay be showing off.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI honestly try not to think too much about my size,\u201d she continued. \u201cIf anything, I mostly just focus on how I feel and lately, more than ever, I\u2019ve noticed that when I eat poorly, I feel bad and when I eat better, I feel better. And that\u2019s truly what I\u2019m focused on at this point in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fedotowsky wrote her response over a photo of her jeans unzipped and her shirt pulled up to reveal her stomach.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlso, I just know how to dress myself,\u201d she added. \u201cThis is my belly in all its jiggly cuteness!\u201d<\/p>\n

Fedotowsky previously opened up to Us Weekly<\/em> about the \u201cspeculation around [her] body transformation<\/a>\u201d before her casting in Special Forces: World\u2019s Toughest Test<\/em> season 3 was announced.<\/p>\n

\u201c[It] was a little difficult for me because I wanted to share with people [who] would be like, \u2018How did you do it?\u2019\u201d she told Us<\/em> exclusively in December 2024 ahead of season 3, which aired on Fox in January and February. \u201cI lost 20 pounds training for the show. I was working out two to three times a day. My whole day. This was my job for two months. I put everything else to the side.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fedotowsky said that husband Kevin Manno<\/strong> \u201ceven took over\u201d parenting their two kids<\/a>, Molly, 9, and Riley, 7, so she could get in shape for the show.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was training hardcore. And so, for me, I kept saying to people online, I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh, well, I work out two times a day,\u2019\u201d the Bachelorette<\/em> alum continued. \u201cI know that\u2019s not possible for most moms out there. Moms are busy or people have jobs. I couldn\u2019t tell people this was my job for two months.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fedotowsky added that she was \u201chappy\u201d to be able to tell people that what it took for her to complete her \u201ctransformation [was] not normal\u201d once the casting was announced.<\/p>\n
