Kelly Clarkson was urged to get a boob job<\/p>\n

The 43-year-old pop star has recalled being urged to get a breast enlargement by an ex-manager – but Kelly refused to follow their advice.<\/p>\n

The Behind These Hazel Eyes hitmaker told the crowd at her Kelly Clarkson<\/a>: Studio Sessions concert in Las Vegas: “I had some d*** manager one time tell me to get a boob job. I was like, ‘Why don’t you get a d*** job?’ Like, what? I’m fine with my itty-bitty t******! Get out of here.<\/p>\n

“Who says that s***? People say that s***. They say it all the time to people in the industry. They say the craziest s***. I’m like, ‘This is not normal. You’ve normalised crazy.'”<\/p>\n

Kelly thinks such important decisions should always be left to the individual.<\/p>\n

\nThe chart-topping star said: “Do you. Don’t make me do you. I like my itty-bitty t******. They’ve served me well.”<\/p>\n

\nKelly became the inaugural winner of American Idol back in 2002. At the time, however, Kelly wasn’t even aware that the show would be broadcast on national TV.<\/p>\n

\nShe previously said on the Not Gonna Lie podcast: “For all of us in that first season, we literally didn’t … I didn’t even know it was a TV show until my third audition. <\/p>\n

\n“Like, we were literally trying to pay our bills. We’re like, ‘Oh, this might work. I might meet someone or whatever.’ Nobody knew it was gonna amount to anything.<\/p>\n

\n“We were literally, like, kids – you know, 19 years old just trying to pay my electric bill y’all. You know, and afford the deductible on my car that was bashed in that I couldn’t afford. So it was a different thing.”<\/p>\n

\nKelly’s American Idol experience propelled her towards stardom – but the pop singer can still remember feeling isolated at the time.<\/p>\n

\nThe award-winning star – who now has her own TV chat show – said: “I had no one. I was the first winner. It was hard. Not to sound like, whatever, it was really hard.”<\/p>\n
