David Harbour<\/strong><\/a> is recounting a day on the set of Stranger Things<\/strong><\/a><\/em> where a particular line made him act \u201cvery irresponsible.\u201d<\/p>\n The 50-year-old actor told People<\/a><\/em> that while he is usually good about ensuring they get the take, there was one moment while shooting season 3 that really tripped him up.<\/p>\n Specifically, a scene when his character, Jim Hopper, is speaking with Finn Wolfhard<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s and Millie Bobby Brown<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s characters Mike and Eleven. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIf you watch [the] behind the scenes of season 3, I\u2019m sitting there with Finn<\/strong> and Millie<\/strong> on the bed and I say to Finn<\/strong> \u2014 I\u2019m very angry at Finn<\/strong> and I\u2019m like, \u2018You got to get home because I don\u2019t want him in bed with my daughter.\u2019 And I\u2019m like, \u2018You got to get home.\u2019 And he goes, \u2018Why? What\u2019s the matter?\u2019 And I go, \u2018It\u2019s your grandma,\u2019 \u201d David<\/strong> explained.<\/p>\n For some reason, the \u201cIt\u2019s your grandma\u201d line made him break over and over again.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd I just, for some reason, that particular line, I couldn\u2019t say it for like an hour,\u201d he said. \u201cAnd I laughed and laughed and laughed to the point where the children, Millie<\/strong> and Finn<\/strong>, were like, \u2018What is wrong with you? We need to get to work.\u2019 \u201d<\/p>\n The Violent Night<\/em> star did apologize to the kids, who were much younger during the filming of the third season, but David<\/strong> says he isn\u2019t one to break character often so the memory sticks out to him.<\/p>\n \u201cIf you watch that thing, that really is probably one of my favorite memories because I\u2019m a pretty responsible guy when I go to work, but I was very, very irresponsible that day,\u201d he concluded. \u201cAnd yeah, it was amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n Speaking of David<\/strong> and his co-stars, he and Millie<\/strong> shared a very sweet reunion during the world premiere of season 5<\/a>, which kicks off with its first four episodes on November 26.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
