I\u2019m ashamed to talk about it because there\u2019s such a stigma around it. It\u2019s a crutch for me’.<\/p>\n\n“I\u2019m still on it. It\u2019s a crutch for me, too. It\u2019s not healthy. I should get off it; I\u2019ll be honest about that.”<\/p>\n\nDespite this, Brooks has learned not to underestimate her will power, after going through a painful divorce.<\/p>\n\nThe model – who finalised her divorce from Billy Haire earlier this year – said: “Once I got to that other side, I realised, \u2018Wait, I got me. I can do anything I f****** put my mind to’.<\/p>\n\n“I was with someone for 10 years, and I cut it off and came out better. I can push out a human; I can start a company; I can get over anybody. It\u2019s euphoric, that feeling.”<\/p>\n\nMeanwhile, Brooks previously revealed that she isn’t allowed to discuss her divorce on Love Thy Nader.<\/p>\n\nThe former couple signed non-disclosure agreements as part of their divorce settlement, meaning Brooks cannot discuss the reasons for their break-up on her reality TV show.<\/p>\n\nDuring an appearance on the The Viall Files podcast, Brooks shared: “I would say it\u2019s a part of my life and a part of my story. It\u2019s a part of who I am and what shaped me.”<\/p>\n\nBrooks subsequently explained that while she can discuss aspects of her relationship, she can’t share all of the details that lead to her break-up.<\/p>\n\nShe said: “I can [talk] about my experiences. That\u2019s in the fine print. We both did [sign one].
