Summer House<\/em><\/a> fans have watched Paige DeSorbo<\/strong><\/a> and Craig Conover<\/a><\/strong> experience many ups and downs amid their long-distance relationship.<\/p>\n During\u00a0Summer House<\/i> season 7, episode 9, the couple had an in-depth conversation about their future, which ended with Paige in tears.<\/p>\n \u201cWe [previously] discussed [that] when we settle down it\u2019ll be in Charleston. How the f\u2014k do we get there?\u201d Craig asked during a scene, which had been filmed in August 2022. \u201cWe\u2019ve never talked about the middle chapters.\u201d<\/p>\n Paige replied, \u201cNow that I\u2019m turning 30, I don\u2019t want [an engagement]. But then it would immediately start the clock of \u2018When are you moving down? When are you planning your wedding?\u2019 If you proposed right now at this f\u2014king hoedown with a piece of hay, I would say yes. But it\u2019s a lot. I would be changing my whole life. I will be changing a lot more than you will be. I will be changing my whole life,\u201d Paige explained, getting emotional. \u201cI have no friends in Charleston. My family [is] in New York. I don\u2019t want to leave my mom.\u201d<\/p>\n Comforting her, Craig said that he would move to New York for her.\u00a0\u201cAt the end of the day, I love Charleston, but I don\u2019t love it more than you. I know you love New York more than me,\u201d he joked.<\/p>\n The duo appears to be going strong as of February 2023. Paige attended Craig\u2019s birthday celebration on February 9 and shared videos from the bash via her Instagram Stories.<\/p>\n While \u200bspeaking exclusively with Life & Style<\/em><\/a> in February 2023, the Southern Charm<\/em><\/a> star admitted they \u201chaven\u2019t figured out a plan\u201d for their future together yet. However, he said he will propose to Paige \u201cwhen she\u2019s ready to say yes.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYou know, we love each other, and we want to spend our lives together. But her career is taking off in New York, and Sewing Down South is basically expanding across the country,\u201d Craig said of their professional endeavors. \u201cPeople ask us about it all the time, and we\u2019re like, \u2018We don\u2019t know yet.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n During the Summer House<\/em> season 7 finale in May 2023, Paige and Craig discussed the next steps in their relationship. While Craig wanted to move in together and become engaged in the following months, Paige expressed her concerns about leaving her business opportunities in New York City for Charleston, South Carolina.<\/p>\n \u201cIf the roles were reversed and Craig, as a 30-year-old man, said he wanted to focus on his career and wait to get married, everyone would praise him and tell him he has a good head on his shoulders,\u201d Paige told The Post<\/em><\/a>. \u201cBut when it comes to me saying it, people assume things: \u2018Oh, you don\u2019t love your boyfriend.\u2019 This could not be further from the truth.\u201d<\/p>\n She added that they have perfected their long-distance romance. Paige explained. \u201cIt\u2019s a different experience in your 30s than when you\u2019re in college and you have a long-distance boyfriend who goes to a different school.\u201d<\/p>\n One major obstacle in their relationship comes down to Paige being based in New York City and Craig living in Charleston, South Carolina.<\/p>\n Despite living in different states, Craig told Life & Style<\/em> that they\u2019re \u201cnever really apart.\u201d He added that they\u2019re \u201cfortunate\u201d to be able to travel to see each other.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat we\u2019re learning is that the not-so-traditional shape of our relationship works for us and is okay,\u201d the Bravo<\/a> star noted.<\/p>\n Since making their relationship official, Paige has been open about her hesitations to move to Charleston. However, she took a leap of faith and agreed to live with Craig in May and June 2022.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m obviously not ready to full-time live with Craig,\u201d she explained during a December 2022 episode of Winter House<\/em>. \u201cWe just spent two weeks [together] and half of it we screamed at each other.
