Just as the holiday season is getting into full swing, the Jonas Brothers are getting ready for the release of their brand new Christmas movie.<\/p>\n
The film, titled A Very Jonas Christmas Movie<\/em>, follows a fictional plot wherein Nick Jonas<\/strong>, Joe Jonas<\/strong>, and Kevin Jonas<\/strong> experience a series of obstacles as they try to make their way home from London to New York in time to spend Christmas with the rest of their family.<\/p>\n Comedy, drama, and a little bit of romance all occur as the three brothers set out on their journey to make it home for the holidays.<\/p>\n The Jonas brothers will, of course, be playing themselves, as will some of their close family members.<\/p>\n Additionally, an EW<\/em> exclusive<\/a> revealed that the star-studded cast joining the Jonas Brothers includes Jesse Tyler Ferguson<\/strong> (playing Santa), Randall Park<\/strong>\u00a0(playing Brad),\u00a0Billie Lourd<\/strong>\u00a0(playing Cassidy),\u00a0Laverne Cox<\/strong>\u00a0(playing Stacy),\u00a0KJ Apa<\/strong> (playing Gene),\u00a0Andrew Barth Feldman<\/strong>\u00a0(playing Ethan),\u00a0Andrea Martin<\/strong>\u00a0(playing Deb),\u00a0Kenny G<\/strong>\u00a0(as himself), and\u00a0Justin Tranter<\/strong>\u00a0(as himself).<\/p>\n The film was first announced at JONASCON at American Dream in New Jersey back in March.<\/p>\n \u201cI think Disney was just such a great partner to put the full force of the holiday magic behind this movie,\u201d Joe Jonas<\/strong> told PEOPLE<\/em> exclusively at JONASCON<\/a>.<\/p>\n The brothers will also be releasing all-new music to accompany the film.<\/p>\n \u201cOne of the things that we\u2019re really excited about, and that was so appealing to us about doing this project, \u2026 is that there\u2019s a full album that\u2019s coming along with the film that has some holiday music and some other music,\u201d Nick Jonas<\/strong> added in the same interview.<\/p>\n Now, E! News<\/em><\/a> has gotten an exclusive first look at the film, revealing that Joe will have his own romance plot line in the movie with a girl named Lucy (previously announced to be played by Chloe Bennet<\/strong>).<\/p>\n The outlet revealed the pair are seen going for a romantic walk together in the film, which Joe later recounts to his brothers.<\/p>\n \u201cWe had a connection,\u201d he tells them of his time spent with Lucy. Kevin then doubtfully quips, \u201cHow many connections have you had this month?\u201d to which Nick replies, \u201cHe can\u2019t count that high.\u201d<\/p>\n This and more playful moments between the brothers can be seen in A Very Jonas Christmas Movie<\/em>, available to stream<\/a> on Disney+ and Hulu on November 14.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
