Eli Manning<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s son, Charlie, is dressing as his favorite football player for Halloween. His favorite quarterback, actually. His favorite New York Giants quarterback.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not Eli.<\/p>\n

The two-time Super Bowl champion, 44, shared a photo of his son via Instagram<\/a> on Friday, October 31, showing Charlie, 7, smiling in his blue No. 6 Jaxson Dart<\/strong><\/a> jersey, complete with a replica of Dart\u2019s famous \u201cgood luck\u201d necklace.<\/p>\n

Dart, 22, is a rookie for the Giants this year and has thrown for 984 yards with eight touchdowns in seven games.<\/p>\n

\u201cCharlie said he wanted to dress up as his favorite @nygiants quarterback ever for Halloween\u2026 guess he got his wish,\u201d Eli wrote in the caption.<\/p>\n

Eli spent his entire professional career with the Giants, from 2004 to 2019, making four Pro Bowls and earning a spot in the team\u2019s Ring of Honor. During the Monday Night Football \u201cManningcast\u201d on Monday, October 27, he admitted to his brother, Pro Football Hall of Famer Peyton Manning<\/strong>, that Charlie\u2019s snub \u201churts a little bit.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe problem is, we got [the costume] last week and he wants to wear it to school every day,\u201d Eli said. \u201cNo, no, no. Halloween costume. Just on Friday. You only get one day to wear it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, I think he was trying to outsmart us,\u201d he continued. \u201cThat was his excuse to get a chain that he could wear full time.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tNew York Giants running back Cam Skattebo took a hit to his bank account before suffering a gnarly season-ending injury. Dart, 22, takes the field each week wearing the diamond-encrusted necklace, which belongs to his younger sister, as part of a routine he began in college at the University of Mississippi.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, my little sister had it, it was hers,\u201d the rookie explained during a press conference in May. \u201cIt was before our bowl game and as I was leaving the house over Christmas \u2014 a little break before the bowl game \u2014 and just saw it in her room. And I was like, \u2018You know what, I kind of like it.’\u201d<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cSo, I put it on and it\u2019s kind of been good luck for me ever since.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for Charlie, he\u2019s the youngest of four \u2014 and the only son \u2014 that Eli shares with his wife, Abby<\/strong>. The pair also have three daughters, Ava, 14, Lucy, 12 and Caroline, 10.<\/p>\n
