A lot of fans are curious about what caused a major rift between Chrishell Stause<\/strong><\/a> and Emma Hernan<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n For a while now, Selling Sunset<\/strong><\/a><\/em> fans have speculated that Chrishell<\/strong>, 44, and Emma<\/strong>, 33, had some sort of falling out as they stopped sharing photos with each other on social media.<\/p>\n When season 9 of the Netflix reality show premiered on Wednesday (October 29), viewers got to see more about their rift and it all seems to stem from Emma<\/strong>\u2018s new relationship with a man named Blake Davis<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>In episode four of the new season, Blake<\/strong> joins Emma<\/strong>, Chrishell<\/strong>, and Chelsea Lazkani<\/strong><\/a> for lunch.<\/p>\n Immediately, Chrishell<\/strong> didn\u2019t seem to vibe with Blake <\/strong>and in a confessional, she said, \u201cIt feels like I\u2019m having a conversation with a child or a drunk cheerleader.\u201d<\/p>\n After Blake <\/strong>lists all the things he likes about Emma<\/strong>, before saying that he loves her, Chelsea<\/strong> supports Emma<\/strong>\u2018s new man while Chrishell<\/strong> does not.<\/p>\n \u201cYou don\u2019t want to feel like you\u2019re being someone\u2019s mom \u2026 it feels like you\u2019d be his mom a little bit,\u201d Chrishell<\/strong> told Emma<\/strong>. \u201cI hope he\u2019s still maturing. God forbid he doesn\u2019t. I don\u2019t think this is your person. But that\u2019s also probably not what you want to hear right now, so I\u2019ll be quiet.\u201d<\/p>\n In episode five, Emma<\/strong> admitted that Blake<\/strong> \u201cdoesn\u2019t want me to work,\u201d which is something that has caused friction between them. <\/p>\n \u201cI can\u2019t even believe that\u2019s a conversation. What a douchebag,\u201d Chrishell<\/strong> exclaimed after hearing this, before Emma <\/strong>clarified that she has no intention to stop working.<\/p>\n Chrishell<\/strong> then said that she fears that Blake<\/strong> will \u201cisolate\u201d Emma<\/strong> from her friends and accused him of being controlling. She also warns that Blake<\/strong> might be planning to \u201cknock her up\u201d in order to lock down his relationship with Emma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cThere is a textbook playbook about men that do that,\u201d Chrishell<\/strong> said, calling him a \u201clove bomber\u201d before making it very clear that she is \u201cnot happy for\u201d Emma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n In another episode, Chrishell<\/strong> goes into further detail about why she doesn\u2019t support Emma<\/strong> dating Blake<\/strong>.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t approve of Blake. He\u2019s really controlling. I\u2019ve seen him be extremely obsessive,\u201d she said in a confessional. \u201cHe tries to control different things she says, does, who she hangs out with, who she posts. Huge red flags, that\u2019s just really unacceptable.\u201d<\/p>\n Emma <\/strong>admitted that she found it very hard to date someone while having a close friend not support the relationship.<\/p>\n After claiming that Blake<\/strong> proposed to her, Emma<\/strong> said that she declined and tells Chrishell <\/strong>that she decided to ends things with him because he was getting more \u201cjealous and possessive,\u201d claiming it \u201cbothered him\u201d anytime she went on listings. <\/p>\n \u201cI ended things with him, like, for good, for good,\u201d Emma<\/strong> insisted to Chrishell<\/strong>. \u201cHe proposed and I knew it wasn\u2019t right when he did it. Worst proposal ever.\u201d<\/p>\n While Chrishell<\/strong> apologized for not making it easy on Emma<\/strong> by sharing her harsh opinions of Blake<\/strong>, she pointed out that her behavior proved that she would always keep it real with her friends.<\/p>\n
