While offering a glimpse at her new show All\u2019s Fair<\/em><\/a>, Kim Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> revealed that she has been bonding with Sarah Paulson<\/strong> <\/a>over conspiracy theories.<\/p>\n

During the Thursday, October 30, episode of The Kardashians<\/em><\/a>, Kim, 45, and Paulson, 50, were discussing the 1969 Apollo space mission, with the reality star saying, \u201cI\u2019m sending you a million interviews with Buzz Aldrin. This [reporter] asks, \u2018What was the scariest moment?\u2019 And he goes, \u2018There was no scary moment because it didn\u2019t happen. It could have been scary, but it wasn\u2019t because it didn\u2019t happen.’\u201d<\/p>\n

Kim continued: \u201cI think it didn\u2019t happen. I\u2019m going to go on a serious deep dive. I send [Sarah] conspiracies all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Kim seemed convinced<\/a>, the video she was referring to was actually several interviews with Aldrin that were taken out of their original context and cut together to mislead viewers. The initial clip was from an event in 2015 where Aldrin was asked about the \u201cscariest moment\u201d of the journey to the moon. He said a scary moment \u201cdidn\u2019t happen\u201d but it could have because of the risks.<\/p>\n

Another video from the 2015 National Book Festival featured Aldrin explaining<\/a> how budget issues led to very few trips to space. A spokesperson for Aldrin did not respond to requests for comment when the truncated video went viral.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the Hulu series, Kim was asked by producers whether she believed the conspiracy theory.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think we did [go to the moon]. I think it was fake. I\u2019ve seen a few videos on Buzz Aldrin talking about how it didn\u2019t happen. He says it all the time now,\u201d she said while referencing the doctored video. \u201cMaybe we should find Buzz Aldrin. Oh, my God, Khlo\u00e9 should get him on her podcast. A conspiracy theory podcast.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kim shared her reasons for doubting the moon landing<\/a> \u2014 all of which came from non reputable TikToks.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s no gravity on the moon. Why is the flag blowing? The shoes that they have in the museum that they wore on the moon is a different print in the photos,\u201d she claimed. \u201cWhy are there no stars? They\u2019re gonna say I\u2019m crazy no matter what but go to TikTok and see for yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Kim appeared to question the moon landing, the excursion was well documented when astronauts Neil Armstrong<\/strong> and Aldrin were on the Apollo 11 Lunar Module in 1969. They went on to become the first people to step on the lunar surface, with photographs from the mission being shared after their return.<\/p>\n

\u201cJuly 20, 1969. Contact light, engine stop. The Apollo 11 lunar module Eagle touched down at Tranquility Base on the Moon,\u201d Aldrin wrote via X in July 2025 in honor of the anniversary of the milestone. \u201cA few hours later, Neil Armstrong and I stepped foot on the Moon, with Michael Collins orbiting close-by.\u201d<\/p>\n
