The two married just over a year later, making headlines for their whirlwind Vegas wedding.<\/p>\n Fast forward to October 2025, and Lily\u2019s West End Girl<\/em> has fans dissecting every lyric. The record \u2014 which explores themes of infidelity, open relationships and marital collapse \u2014 appears to mirror her real-life marriage. Lily told The Times<\/em>, \u201cThere are things that are on the record that I experienced within my marriage, but that\u2019s not to say that it\u2019s all gospel. It is inspired by what went on in the relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n So when Lily announced her album on October 20, Alison popped into the comments section with a few fire emojis \u2014 and the internet lit up. The two women also still follow each other on Instagram, which fans also couldn\u2019t help but notice.<\/p>\n Then came the visualizer for Lily\u2019s scathing new song \u201cPussy Palace,\u201d which includes eyebrow-raising lyrics like, \u201cDuane Reade bag with the handles tied \/ Sex toys, butt plugs, lube inside \/ Hundreds of Trojans, you\u2019re so f***ing broken \/ How\u2019d I get caught up in your double life?\u201d And yes \u2014 Alison was spotted in the \u201clikes.\u201d<\/p>\n Another track, \u201cMadeline,\u201d dives even deeper, with Allen singing about discovering her partner\u2019s affair. \u201cI know none of this is your fault \/ Messaging you feels kind of assaultive,\u201d she croons. \u201cSaw your text, that\u2019s how I found out \/ Tell me the truth and his motives.\u201d<\/p>\n Allen later clarified that \u201cMadeline\u201d was a fictional composite, saying, \u201cI just feel we are living in really interesting times \u2014 in terms of how we define intimacy and monogamy.\u201d<\/p>\n As for David, he\u2019s keeping things low-key. The actor told GQ<\/em> in April 2025, \u201cI\u2019m protective of the people and the reality of my life.
