Emma Stone<\/strong><\/a> served up a throwback look while heading to The Late Show With Stephen Colbert<\/a>.<\/em> On her way into the Ed Sullivan Theater to promote her latest Yorgos Lanthimos<\/strong><\/a> movie, Bugonia<\/a>,<\/em> the two-time best-actress Oscar winner stunned in a vintage Donna Karan green maxi skirt and blouse.<\/p>\n \u00a9 Getty Images<\/span><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n She\u2019s not the first best-actress winner to wear this verdant ensemble. Gwyneth Paltrow<\/strong> donned the same Donna Karan outfit from the designer\u2019s 1996 spring-summer collection while playing Estrella in Alfonso Cuar\u00f3n<\/strong>\u2019s 1998 flick Great Expectations,<\/em> an adaptation of the classic Charles Dickens novel starring Paltrow and Ethan Hawke.<\/strong>\u00a0Stone also styled the outfit just like Paltrow, with the blouse fastened in the center with a single clasp.<\/p>\n Hopefully Bugonia<\/em> fares better than Great Expectations.<\/em> The film holds a 41% on Rotten Tomatoes. Despite the mixed reviews, famed critic Roger Ebert enjoyed Cuar\u00f3n\u2019s film<\/a>, which also starred Hank Azaria, Anne Bancroft, Chris Cooper,<\/strong> and Robert De Niro.<\/strong> \u201cThe film is a successful translation of the basic material from one period and approach to another. Especially in the early Florida scenes, it seems timeless,\u201d he wrote. Timeless, just like Stone\u2019s outfit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
