After Netflix dropped the first full trailer<\/a> for Emily in Paris<\/em><\/a> season 5, viewers immediately noticed one glaring omission: Lucas Bravo<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s character, Gabriel, the charming chef who has been at the center of Emily\u2019s love life since season one. While Lily Collins<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 Emily is shown settling into her new life in Rome, Gabriel is nowhere to be found \u2014 and Lucas isn\u2019t giving anything away.<\/p>\n \u201cI would love to tell you something,\u201d Lucas told E! News<\/em> in an October 2025 interview, before choosing to keep things mysterious. \u201cI like the fact that I\u2019m not in the trailer and that it creates a conversation, and I\u2019m gonna keep the conversation running.
