It was all very mysterious and nobody was super-open about it,\u201d she wrote, clarifying that she has no judgment toward anyone using these medications as they can be \u201ctruly transformative\u201d for some.<\/p>\n \u201cBut when I see people who are already thin signing up for it, I can\u2019t help but think of how body trends keep shifting,\u201d Ashley<\/strong> said, \u201cWe keep moving the goalposts and it\u2019s exhausting. What makes it harder is the nonstop online commentary.\u201d<\/p>\n The constant scrutiny, she added, causes people to feel like \u201cno matter what they do, they\u2019ll be judged.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYou really can\u2019t win. Which is why, at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is how you feel in your own body,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n Ashley<\/strong> also admitting she has been \u201ctempted\u201d to try Ozempic but ultimately decided it wasn\u2019t the right choice for her.<\/p>\n The High School Musical<\/em> actress is far from the first star to be openly critical of Ozempic.
