As a result, he was written off<\/a> from Netflix\u2019s The Ranch<\/em>. He denied the claims<\/a> at the time.<\/p>\n Masterson, who is a member of the Church of Scientology<\/a>, was later arrested and charged on three counts<\/a> of rape in June 2020. After being released on a $3.3 million bail, he pleaded not guilty to all charges<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cBijou has been a total rock,\u201d a source exclusively told Us<\/em><\/a> in January 2022 before Masterson\u2019s criminal trial began that August<\/a>. \u201cShe fully supports him and says they\u2019ll get through this nightmare together and come out stronger.\u201d<\/p>\n The court proceedings concluded the following November, resulting in a mistrial<\/a> after the jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict. Masterson’s retrial began in April 2023 \u2014 and he was found guilty the following month.
