The espresso martinis are flowing once again \u2014 Next Gen NYC<\/em><\/a> is back for another round of drama.<\/p>\n

While Bravo has yet to officially confirm the show\u2019s renewal, cameras are reportedly rolling and several cast members have already been spotted filming for season 2.<\/p>\n

The breakout hit, which premiered on June 3, quickly became a fan favorite for its mix of high society and twenty-something turbulence. The show follows \u201ca tangled web of friends raised in the spotlight \u2014 or at least close enough for good lighting \u2014 as they stumble into adulthood one brunch, breakup and spontaneous decision at a time.\u201d According to Deadline, the series\u2019 premiere episode drew an impressive 5.4 million total viewers across platforms in 35 days, making it \u201cthe most-watched Bravo episode of all time through 35 days\u201d on Peacock.<\/p>\n

Now, as the new season takes shape, the young Manhattan crew seems to be diving straight back into the drama \u2014 with some familiar faces and a few possible new additions.<\/p>\n

Who\u2019s Returning for Season 2?<\/h2>\n

Nearly all of season 1\u2019s standout personalities have been spotted filming what appears to be the first major event of the season: a joint birthday party for Next Gen NYC stars Ariana Biermann<\/strong> and Emira D\u2019Spain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ariana, who recently split from her boyfriend and moved into a new apartment, has plenty of life changes to unpack this season. Her best friend Riley Burruss<\/strong> is also expected to return, even though she didn\u2019t attend the birthday bash. Riley teased to Us Weekly<\/em>, \u201cSeason 2 will bring a little bit more fire and a completely new vibe. \u2026 No one\u2019s going to expect anything that\u2019s going on.\u201d<\/p>\n

Joining Ariana and Emira at the party were fellow returning cast members Ava Dash<\/strong>, Brooks Marks<\/strong>, Charlie Zakkour<\/strong>, Georgia McCann<\/strong>, Gia Giudice<\/strong>\u00a0and Shai Fruchter<\/strong>. Charlie\u2019s return might surprise fans after his season 1 falling out with several castmates \u2014 but if his presence at the party is any clue, the drama is far from over.<\/p>\n

Who Might Be Leaving \u2014 or Joining?<\/h2>\n

Not everyone\u2019s status is confirmed, though. Hudson McLeroy<\/strong>, Ariana\u2019s ex, may not be returning after reportedly leaving New York for Atlanta following their breakup.<\/p>\n

In exciting casting news, Victoria de Lesseps<\/strong> \u2014 daughter of Real Housewives of New York City<\/em> alum Luann de Lesseps<\/strong> \u2014 could be joining the cast. Luann recently hinted that her daughter has been in talks with the Next Gen NYC<\/em> production team.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
