Victoria Beckham<\/strong><\/a> reflected on the moment she was weighed on TV during her Netflix docuseries \u2014 but the clip wasn\u2019t included for a very specific reason.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was the only part of the documentary that we were asked to not include, but you can Google it and you can see me literally getting up and standing,\u201d Victoria, 51, said during her Wednesday, October 22, appearance on the \u201cCall Her Daddy\u201d podcast<\/a>. \u201cI mean, it was so humiliating.\u201d<\/p>\n

Six months after she gave birth to eldest son Brooklyn Beckham, the former Spice Girls member<\/a> appeared as a guest on British show TFI Friday<\/em>. Victoria stood on a scale in front of the live audience.<\/p>\n

She recalled feeling \u201cvery self-conscious\u201d about the entire ordeal during Wednesday\u2019s podcast.<\/p>\n

\u201cBack in the day, those things were acceptable,\u201d Victoria added. \u201cI suppose you know, there is that old school thought process of how quick do you bounce back to your weight after having a baby.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new Netflix three-part documentary, Victoria Beckham, takes a look at the music and fashion icon \u2014 on her own terms. Since the 1990s, Beckham has been a fixture of the pop culture landscape (for better and for [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In addition to Brooklyn, 26, Victoria and husband David Beckham<\/strong> share sons Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20, and daughter Harper, 14.<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t just the TV show, either. Victoria recalled being \u201con the front page of a newspaper\u201d days after giving birth to Brooklyn with \u201carrows pointing to every single part of my body and where I had to lose the weight.\u201d She acknowledged that in today\u2019s world this would never happen.<\/p>\n

Victoria also detailed her experience with an eating disorder, which was revealed in the docuseries, released earlier this month.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019d struggled with my weight since I was quite young. In the \u201890s, I remember, we didn\u2019t know as much about food back then as we do now. It wasn\u2019t so much a conversation,\u201d she recalled. \u201cEverybody was obsessed with fat-free, fat-free, fat-free. I remember being terrified to eat any fat.\u201d<\/p>\n

She was \u201creally mindful\u201d of food while growing up, Victoria explained.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think then going into the Spice Girls and having people talk about me so much and my weight \u2014 as you said one minute I was Porky Posh and then I was Skinny Posh \u2014 it plays tricks with you,\u201d she continued. \u201cI didn\u2019t know what I saw when I looked in the mirror. I had no idea. You lose all sense of reality and it is so consuming. It is so tiring, and it takes over. It really takes over.\u201d<\/p>\n

Victoria noted in her docuseries<\/a> that she \u201cnever\u201d talked about this publicly until now.<\/p>\n

During Wednesday\u2019s \u201cCall Her Daddy\u201d episode, Victoria explained how she told her daughter, Harper, about her past struggles.<\/p>\n

\u201cI talked to her because I hadn\u2019t seen the final edit until the premiere,\u201d Victoria said, referring to her docuseries. \u201cI was like, \u2018Well at this point, if I come across as an ass, I\u2019m an ass and I\u2019m going and I\u2019m gonna own it because I didn\u2019t know I was in the hands of the editor, right. It is what it is.\u2019 I thought that this might have been left in, because obviously I knew that I talked about it.\u201d<\/p>\n
