Calvin Harris<\/a> is making his “dreams a \u00adreality” through his mega-estate in the \u00adCotswolds.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
Calvin Harris is building his dream home<\/p>\n
The 41-year-old DJ and his wife Vick Hope – who gave birth to their son Micah in July – are turning their family home into something that resembles a health spa, with the property featuring an outdoor swimming lake and two full-size basketball courts.<\/p>\n
A source told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “Calvin and Vick are doing their very own Grand Designs in the \u00adCotswolds.<\/p>\n
“Health and well-being is so important to them both, and the plans for their estate are all rooted in this.<\/p>\n
“As well as the yoga room, the swimming pools and the basketball courts, they\u2019re keen to grow their own produce, too \u2013 just like they do now on their farm in Ibiza.<\/p>\n
\n“They\u2019ve installed metal-framed greenhouses next to a really elaborate kitchen garden.<\/p>\n
\n“As well as veg, they\u2019re growing their own fruit.<\/p>\n
\n“They found an architect they loved, who previously worked with Prince William and Kate Middleton. And they are making their dreams a \u00adreality.”<\/p>\n
\nCalvin and Vick got married in an outdoor ceremony at Hulne Priory in Alnwick, Northumberland, in September 2023.<\/p>\n
\nAfter their vows, guests – including Big Brother’s AJ Odudu and DJs Vernon Kay, Scott Mills and Jordan North – were treated to a Glastonbury-style reception that included a live performance from Nile Rodgers and Chic, who flew in from the US especially for the celebrations.<\/p>\n
\nAccording to The Sun newspaper, Calvin told Vick during their vows: \u201cI promise to be your teammate, best friend and companion for life.”<\/p>\n
\nIn return, his bride said: “The pure, unadulterated euphoria I was seeking when we met? I found it instantly in you.<\/p>\n
\n“I promise to keep us laughing together and to keep us meditating on and glowing in it every day for the rest of our lives.”<\/p>\n
\nDuring the reception, teepees were set up for guests to relax, and a variety of food trucks offered burgers, pizzas, and Nigerian dishes.<\/p>\n
\nA source said: “Calvin and Vick\u2019s wedding was a day none of their guests will ever forget.”<\/p>\n
