open-ended R&amp;D timelines.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, venture leasing creates \u201ca happy medium between costly debt loans and VC funding that works particularly well,\u201d says Felipe Ch\u00e1vez Cort\u00e9s, CEO and co-founder of robotic food delivery firm Kiwibot.<\/p>\n<p>To bring products to market faster while avoiding dilution, his company closed a $10M venture leasing
