{"id":200016,"date":"2025-10-19T18:01:09","date_gmt":"2025-10-19T18:01:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/entertainment.runfyers.com\/index.php\/2025\/10\/19\/aaron-phypers-slams-false-allegations-after-arrest\/"},"modified":"2025-10-19T18:01:09","modified_gmt":"2025-10-19T18:01:09","slug":"aaron-phypers-slams-false-allegations-after-arrest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/entertainment.runfyers.com\/index.php\/2025\/10\/19\/aaron-phypers-slams-false-allegations-after-arrest\/","title":{"rendered":"Aaron Phypers slams &#8216;false allegations&#8217; after arrest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"byline\">\n<p>        <time itemprop=\"datePublished\" content=\"2025-10-19\" datetime=\"1760896869\" pubdate=\"\">19 October 2025<\/time>\n    <\/p>\n<p>Aaron Phypers has accused <a href=\"https:\/\/www.femalefirst.co.uk\/denise-richards\/\" class=\"exposure-link \" data-linktrack=\"LinkTracker,articleExposure,denise-richards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Denise Richards<\/a> of making \u201cfalse accusations\u201d leading to his arrest.<\/p>\n<p>                            <\/p>\n<p class=\"image-caption landscape\">Aaron Phypers slams &#8216;false allegations&#8217; after arrest<\/p>\n<p>The 53-year-old businessman was taken into custody by Los Angeles County Sheriff Deputies at a courthouse in the city last week after testifying in a hearing relating to his estranged wife&#8217;s temporary restraining order against him.<\/p>\n<p>And a representative for Aaron has insisted he is innocent and \u201cwill be acquitted\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>His spokesperson told Us Weekly: \u201cWe can confirm that Aaron Phypers was, in fact, arrested near the end of the family law court day on October 17, 2025, and was later released on bail.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have not seen the criminal complaint, but we believe that it is most likely based upon the some of the same false accusations that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.femalefirst.co.uk\/denise-richards\/\" class=\"exposure-link \" data-linktrack=\"LinkTracker,articleExposure,denise-richards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Denise Richards<\/a> has brought against Mr. Phypers in the family law domestic violence proceeding, which she claims occurred nearly four years ago. If so, we expect that the evidence will demonstrate Mr. Phypers\u2019 innocence and that he will be acquitted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nPhypers was released on a $200,000 bond<\/p>\n<p>\nDenise\u2019s lawyer told Us Weekly Aaron had been charged with \u201cspousal abuse\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\nAn eyewitness told the publication: \u201cHe\u2019s been arrested outside the court and taken down a nearby escalator. [He] did not come back into [the] hallway. Denise is here. She\u2019s calm and talking to her team.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201c[Aaron] didn\u2019t seem to understand that he was about to get arrested.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nMichael Finley, Phypers\u2019 lawyer told TMZ that his client was taken into custody over an \u201coutstanding warrant\u201d that has a possible connection to the abuse allegations. <\/p>\n<p>\nDenise, 54, went public with domestic violence allegations against her estranged husband in July.
