Kylie Kelce<\/b> is opening up about her rules for Halloween costumes when it comes to her kids.<\/span><\/p>\n During the latest episode of her podcast <\/span>Not Gonna Lie<\/span><\/i>, released on October 16, the 33-year-old shared the costume guidelines she follows with husband, <\/span>Jason Kelc<\/b>e for their daughters\u2014Wyatt, 6; Elliotte, 4; Bennett, 2; and Finnley, 6 months.<\/span><\/p>\n Kylie began by explaining her usual \u201cthree-week rule\u201d for costume planning.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIf anyone has young kids, you know that picking a costume can get a little dicey. We are currently in the situation of buzzer beater,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cTypically, I like to have a three-week rule for the girls to tell me what costume they want. In other words, I want a three-week buffer to order the costume and have it arrive in time.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cBut you know what three weeks means for a 6-year-old, a 4-year-old, and a 2-year-old? It\u2019s f\u2014\u2014 forever,\u201d she continued. \u201cIt\u2019s three weeks of having ordered the costume and then forever of trying to figure out how many other costumes they want to be before theirs even arrives.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The podcast host<\/span><\/a> also shared that she usually buys costumes, though she once got creative and made them herself.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cOne year, they were a corn on the cob and a pea pod. It was a nod to the fact that my sister and I wore that exact costume when we were little, and it was adorable,\u201d Kylie said.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIt was made of felt and was definitely a one-and-done. I\u2019m pretty sure I had to stitch it onto Wyatt. Maybe I\u2019ll do it next year\u2026 no, I shouldn\u2019t. I didn\u2019t enjoy myself, but they <\/span>looked so cute<\/span><\/a>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
