[He] did not come back into [the] hallway,\u201d an eyewitness told <em>Us<\/em> on Friday, October 17. \u201cDenise is here. She\u2019s calm and talking to her team.\u201d Phypers seemed \u201cconfused,\u201d as did his attorney, per the second eyewitness, who noted that the fitness instructor \u201cdidn\u2019t seem to understand that he was about to get arrested.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As <em>Us<\/em> previously reported, Phypers, 53, appeared in court on Friday alongside Richards, 54, amid their ongoing divorce battle.
