OnlyFans star Tiffany Wisconsin<\/strong> is hoping to achieve a snatched waist with a new rib sculpt surgery.<\/p>\n

Tiffany exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> that she traveled to Beverly Hills, California, to receive the Rib Sculpt Plus: a minimally invasive, scarless procedure utilizing ultrasound-guided tools to fracture and reposition up to 12 ribs. The goal? A narrower waistline.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis isn\u2019t like traditional rib removal,\u201d Tiffany shared. \u201cIt\u2019s safer, scarless and the healing process is supported by a corset that acts like a cast. It\u2019s the only way I could achieve this shape \u2014 and I\u2019m obsessed with the results.\u201d<\/p>\n

The procedure was performed by plastic surgeon Dr. Chaudhry<\/strong><\/a> of Be That Beautiful<\/a>, whom Tiffany sought out.<\/p>\n

\u201cI flew all the way to see him because no one else in the U.S. is trained to do what he does,\u201d Tiffany said. \u201cOther doctors only touch three ribs per side. He can do all 12. His clinic is right off Rodeo Drive and worth every penny.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tiffany also underwent upper back, hip and waist liposuction before recovery at Prestige Aftercare. While recuperating for three months, Tiffany will wear a corset all hours of the day \u2014 except to shower \u2014 as her ribs adjust to their new position.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe hardest part is sleeping upright until my new Lazy Boy chair arrives,\u201d she quipped. \u201cBut otherwise, I\u2019m healing well and already working on vlog content to take my fans through the journey.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tiffany\u2019s surgery \u2014 and goal to refine her diet with whole foods as well as return to Pilates in three months \u2014 are all part of her wellness evolution.<\/p>\n

She claimed that the pastor and his wife, who she did not ID, are \u201csecretly in the lifestyle,\u201d adding, \u201cI am trying to figure out how we\u2019re going to do this. I was like, \u2018Can we do it in a church?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
