Kym Johnson-Herjavec<\/a><\/span><\/strong> is ready for her highly anticipated return to the Dancing With the Stars<\/i><\/span><\/a> ballroom.<\/p>\n

After saying farewell to the show in 2017, the professional dancer is preparing to join Carrie Ann Inaba<\/strong>, Derek Hough<\/strong> and Bruno Tonioli<\/strong> at the judges table for Dedication Night<\/span><\/a> on Tuesday, October 14.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s truly one of the most special nights of the season, and I\u2019m deeply honored to be invited back,\u201d Kym, 49, exclusively shared with Us Weekly<\/i>. \u201cThis show has been such an important part of my life, and returning to the ballroom always feels like coming home.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kym made her debut on ABC\u2019s competition series in 2006, when she was partnered with Jerry Springer<\/strong> for season 3.<\/p>\n

Soon after, she had the opportunity to teach a wide variety of celebrities, including singers Donny Osmond<\/strong> and Joey Fatone<\/strong> and athletes Warren Sapp<\/strong> and Hines Ward<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

While she won the Mirrorball trophy with Osmond, 67, and Ward, 49, Kym assured fans that she has \u201cwonderful memories and friendships\u201d from all 15 seasons she appeared on the show.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy first season with Jerry will always hold a special place in my heart, and I\u2019ll never forget the joy of winning with Donny and Hines,\u201d she said. \u201cBut the best part of all was meeting my now husband, Robert Herjavec<\/strong>, through the show. I\u2019ll always have so much to thank DWTS<\/i> for!\u201d<\/p>\n

In 2015, Kym found herself paired with the Shark Tank<\/i><\/span><\/a> investor for season 20. Although they came in sixth place, the duo won in the game of love when their professional partnership turned romantic.<\/p>\n

The couple got engaged and married in 2016\u200b\u200b. They later welcomed twins in 2018.<\/p>\n

\u201cMotherhood has been both the most challenging and the most rewarding experience of my life,\u201d Kym said. \u201cI love every moment \u2014 the tough days, the laughter and the joy of watching my children grow into amazing little people. My family will always be the most important thing in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

For special holidays or trips, Kym tries to share new photos of her family via social media. Just this past weekend, the Herjavec family enjoyed a magical day at the Disneyland Resort<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

While Kym may have said goodbye to competing on Dancing With the Stars<\/i>, she certainly isn\u2019t done moving and grooving at home.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love staying active with Pilates, yoga and dance,\u201d she told Us<\/i>. \u201cMovement has always been such an important part of my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kym also revealed that she\u2019s been working with a production company out of Canada on several development and production projects.<\/p>\n

Although America may know her as a professional dancer who can perfect the tango and salsa, Kym said a new chapter in her career is coming soon.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m so excited to share that my first movie with them comes out this November!\u201d she teased. \u201cIt\u2019s been such a rewarding way to stay creative and explore a new side of storytelling.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDancing With the Stars\u2019 greatest dancers also make pretty impressive dads. For 20 years, viewers of ABC\u2019s dancing competition show have seen relationships blossom far beyond the ballroom. Some of those matches have led to Dancing With the Stars families, who are worth celebrating over Father\u2019s Day weekend. \u201cSometimes I\u2019ll walk into the living room [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As she prepares to deliver her scores for the season 34 cast \u2014 that includes everyone from Robert Irwin<\/strong> and Dylan Efron<\/strong> to Jordan Chiles<\/strong> and Danielle Fishel<\/strong> \u2014 Kym is not surprised to see the show continuing to succeed.<\/p>\n
