Looking forward to seeing the post-honeymoon tail drop.\u201d<\/p>\n Tom <\/strong>and Amanda<\/strong> announced their engagement<\/a> in December 2024.<\/p>\n At the time, his rep told People<\/a><\/em> that Amanda<\/strong> grew up in Tom<\/strong>\u2018s hometown of Petawawa, Canada. The two were both raised in Canadian military families and attended the same elementary school as kids, and they share a love for \u201cthe country life.\u201d<\/p>\n After living in Los Angeles for the last two decades, Tom <\/strong>moved back to Canada and purchased a 150-acre wilderness property and farm where he is raising horses.<\/p>\n If you didn\u2019t know, Tom<\/strong> was previously married to Drew Barrymore<\/strong><\/a> from July 2001 to October 2002.<\/p>\n Back in 2021, Tom<\/strong> appeared on Drew<\/strong>\u2018s daytime talk show where they reflected on their time together<\/a>.<\/p>\n Congrats to the newlyweds!
