\t\t<\/p>\n Sia<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s ex-husband Dan Bernard<\/strong><\/a> is requesting spousal support. <\/p>\n Earlier this year, 49-year-old \u201cChandelier\u201d singer filed for divorce from her second husband, after only 26 months of marriage. <\/p>\n In the latest update amid divorce proceedings, her estranged husband is asking her to pay him temporary spousal support, according to E! News<\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Per the site, Dan<\/strong>, who is a radiation oncologist, has requested $250,856 a month in spousal support in order to maintain the \u201cluxurious and upper-class lifestyle\u201d they lived during their relationship. According to his filing, this also included frequent splurges on upscale dining, lavish vacations and more. <\/p>\n In the docs, Dan<\/strong> reveals he is currently not working and has no income, alleging that Sia <\/strong>cut off funding for their Modern Medicine clinic in April, adding that his board certification in radiation oncology is inactive and would require \u201cseveral years of training\u201d to renew.<\/p>\n \u201cOrders are necessary at this time because I am financially dependent on Sia<\/strong>,\u201d he says, adding that she was \u201cthe breadwinner in our marriage\u201d who \u201chas the ability to pay me spousal support to maintain our financial status quo.\u201d<\/p>\n Not only is Dan<\/strong> seeking spousal support, he is asking that she pay $300,000 for his attorney\u2019s fees, as well as $200,000 for his forensic accounting fees.<\/p>\n Dan<\/strong>\u2018s ask comes after Sia<\/strong> initially requested to terminate the court\u2019s ability to award spousal support to her estranged husband when she filed for divorce<\/a> from Dan<\/strong> in March 2025, citing irreconcilable differences. <\/p>\n They share a one-year child, Somersault Wonder Bernard<\/strong>, who Sia<\/strong> asked for legal and physical custody of, but was open to Dan<\/strong> having visitation rights.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
