Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy, died aged 76 on 22 July from heart failure at his home in Buckinghamshire, just two weeks after performing a farewell concert with his bandmates at Birmingham\u2019s Villa Park.<\/p>\n
And Kelly, 40, has now shared videos on Instagram showing the surprise decorations she had arranged while her mother slept. She said on her Instagram Stories: \u201cShhh! So it\u2019s my mom\u2019s birthday today, and I just decorated her room.\u201d<\/p>\n
Panning the camera across floating balloons and wrapped gifts before turning the camera towards Sharon, who had just turned 73, Kelly added: \u201cAnd she\u2019s still sleeping.\u201d<\/p>\n
Music manager Sharon has spoken about the \u201coverwhelming love and support\u201d she has received since her husband\u2019s death, saying she had been \u201ccarried through\u201d by those around her and was \u201cstill finding her footing\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nSharon and Ozzy\u2019s son, Jack Osbourne said about her state of mind on Good Morning America: \u201cShe\u2019s okay, but she\u2019s not okay. I know she feels the love.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nA new BBC One documentary, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home, recently chronicled the rock legend\u2019s final years, including his return to Britain after more than three decades in the US. <\/p>\n
\nThe series came along with the release of the Paramount+ film Ozzy: No Escape From Now, which includes the couple\u2019s eldest daughter, Aim\u00e9e Osbourne, speaking about her father\u2019s final years. <\/p>\n
\nOzzy had battled multiple health issues, including Parkinson\u2019s disease and coronary artery disease, before his death. <\/p>\n
\nHis death certificate, published in August and obtained by The New York Times, listed the causes of his passing as \u201cout of hospital cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson\u2019s disease with autonomic dysfunction\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nThe family announced his death in a statement saying: \u201cIt is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nBlack Sabbath\u2019s 1969 debut album helped define heavy metal, while their 1970 follow-up, Paranoid, included the classics War Pigs, Iron Man and Fairies Wear Boots \u2013 songs that cemented Ozzy\u2019s legacy as the self-styled \u2018Prince of Darkness\u2019.<\/p>\n
