Jack Osbourne<\/a>, their 39-year-old son, has revealed how Sharon is coping with losing her husband.<\/p>\nJack told Rolling Stone magazine: “She\u2019s okay, but she\u2019s not okay. It\u2019s ups and downs.<\/p>\n
“She’s just trying to figure out where to go from here, how to navigate, what\u2019s the new norm, what\u2019s the new baseline, ‘What do I do without my person?’<\/p>\n
“But she\u2019s got a lot of love and support around her. I\u2019m bringing her back to Los Angeles this week. Actually, I\u2019m flying over to England tomorrow, because it\u2019s her birthday on Thursday.”<\/p>\n
\nDespite this, Jack noted that Ozzy “hated people feeling sorry for him”.<\/p>\n
\nHe explained: “After the funeral, we sat at home and everyone was just having a tough morning, and I opened up my phone and a video popped into my feed, and it was my dad on David Letterman a week after Randy [Rhoads] had passed.<\/p>\n
\n“David Letterman asked him, ‘I’m surprised you came. You\u2019ve been going through it right now.’ My dad\u2019s response is ‘I\u2019m about rock and roll, and I\u2019ve got to keep moving forward, and I\u2019ve got a job to do.’ And I held it up. I was like, ‘See, he\u2019s telling us. Got to keep going.'”<\/p>\n
\nMeanwhile, Kelly Osbourne, Jack’s sister, previously took to Instagram to thank her followers for their support following Ozzy’s death.<\/p>\n
\nThe reality TV star admitted that fan support had helped her to navigate the grief of losing her dad.<\/p>\n
\nKelly wrote on the photo-sharing platform in August: “I\u2019ve sat down to write this a hundred times and still don\u2019t know if the words will ever feel like enough \u2026 but from the bottom of my heart, thank you [heart emoji]<\/p>\n
\n“The love, support and beautiful messages I\u2019ve received from so many of you have truly helped carry me through the hardest moment of my life. Every kind word, every shared memory, every bit of compassion has meant more than I can ever explain. (sic)”<\/p>\n
