Sure, Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a> is engaged to Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a>, one the most famous women in the world,\u00a0but he still gets starstruck from time to time.<\/p>\n

During her Wednesday, October 8, appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers<\/em><\/a>, Swift \u2014 sporting a floral corset set by Wiederhoeft, a jeweled collar necklace and flowing Folkore<\/em> hair \u2014\u00a0discussed what happened when Kelce attended a star-studded\u00a0Eras Tour<\/em> show in London circa June 2024.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe most fun thing about having Travis out on tour is, like, he would go to the tents and, like, give me the tea afterward,\u201d she told host Seth Meyers<\/strong>, recalling, \u201cWe\u2019d do the debrief afterward in the car.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ahead of the concert, \u201cI was like, \u2018I got to let you know, your favorite director is in the tent,’\u201d Swift, 35, recalled. \u201cHe loves Greta Gerwig<\/strong>. He loves her movies.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift explained, \u201cHe loves her range, you know what I mean? Like, being able to do this many different types of films. It\u2019s incredible. Genre-hopping. It\u2019s really impressive. And so, he was like, \u2018Oh, my God, I really want to tell her how funny I thought Barbie<\/em> was.\u2019 And I\u2019m like, \u2018You absolutely should. She\u2019s the sweetest, giggliest person to tell that you like their work. You\u2019re gonna love her.’\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued: \u201cAnd so, the show happens. I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh, my God, everyone\u2019s having the best time.\u2019 And afterward, you know, he gets in the car. He has had as many shots as everyone else has had. And he\u2019s like, \u2018This was the most fun tent. Everybody was amazing. Like, Tom Cruise<\/strong> is going crazy. Like, Liam<\/strong> [Hemsworth<\/strong>] is just as fun as Chris<\/strong> [Hemsworth<\/strong>]. And Liam\u2019s fianc\u00e9e Gabriella<\/strong> [Brooks<\/strong>] is so cool. And Ashton<\/strong> [Kutcher<\/strong>] was there. And Mila<\/strong> [Kunis<\/strong>], like, oh my God, Hugh Grant<\/strong> was there, and I get to tell him how much I love his movies. And he was so cool. Everyone was amazing!’\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOh, my God, that\u2019s awesome,\u201d Swift replied. \u201cLike, you didn\u2019t mention Greta. Did you meet Greta?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah \u2014 I, um, I did,\u201d he said. \u201cI think I like \u2014 I think I told an annoying joke that she\u2019s heard too many times.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, I walked up to her and I was like, \u2018I love Barbie. <\/em>I\u2019m just Ken, too,’\u201d he said. \u201cAnd then I pointed to you<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, she was really polite about it,\u201d Kelce, 36, said. \u201cLike, she smiled politely, but she didn\u2019t say anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift thought that seemed \u201cvery out of character\u201d for Gerwig, then suggested that perhaps the director \u201chad heard that joke too many times.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kelce then told Swift that Gerwig had been \u201ctalking to Hugh Grant all night. so I think they might be doing a movie together. Like, they were really, really close,\u201d said the athlete, who observed that Gerwig and Grant were \u201cdancing all night\u201d and \u201chad all these inside jokes. They kind of seem like they\u2019re, like, soulmates.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift was surprised by Kelce\u2019s report.<\/p>\n

The Grammy winner, 35, joined host Jimmy Fallon during the Monday, October 6, episode of The Tonight Show, stepping onstage in a metallic sequined minidress and sparkly platform heels. Scrolling her phone, Swift then saw that \u201call over the internet is just videos of Travis dancing with Greta, all night like they\u2019re best friends. Besides sharing that amusing anecdote on the NBC late-night show, Swift talked about her new album, The Life of a Showgirl<\/em>. Meyers, 51, had announced in September that Swift would be the only guest during Wednesday\u2019s episode. In the Instagram video<\/a> announcing the pop star\u2019s appearance, the late night host wore her orange Life of a Showgirl<\/em> cardigan and drank from a mint green coffee mug with the orange inscription, \u201cTAY\/kover 10.08.25.\u201d<\/p>\n

The caption read, \u201cSipping coffee like you\u2019re on a late night show,\u201d which is a lyric from Swift\u2019s 2021 song \u201cAll Too Well (10 Minute Version).\u201d<\/p>\n
