Ryan Seacrest<\/a>‘s On Air radio show, Taylor said: “I gotta figure out like ways to make sure that I do have things that are just between us, and thankfully, we do have a lot of those things.”<\/p>\nThe Fate of Ophelia artist added of when the Kansas City Chiefs tight end asked her to be his wife: “That moment in particular is one that’s always just going to be ours.”<\/p>\n
Despite this, Taylor explained that she and Travis are “happy” to share their joyful news with their fans.<\/p>\n
\nThe Bad Blood hitmaker said: “We’re both very public-facing people, and both of our career paths involve entertaining people. So we’re very kind of relaxed about things.”<\/p>\n
\nTaylor’s latest album The Life of a Showgirl, which was released last week, has polarised critics but the mega star has welcomed the “chaos” of the varied reactions to the record.<\/p>\n
\nShe told The Zane Lowe Show on Apple Music: “I welcome the chaos, seeing that it\u2019s a rule of show business. If it\u2019s the first week of my album release and you are saying either my name or my album title, you\u2019re helping. <\/p>\n
\n“And art, I have a lot of respect for people\u2019s subjective opinions on art. I\u2019m not the art police. It\u2019s like everybody is allowed to feel exactly how they want. And what our goal is as entertainers is to be a mirror.”<\/p>\n
\nElsewhere in the interview, Swift discussed how her music is often reflective of her state of mind.<\/p>\n
\nThe Actually Romantic singer said: “Oftentimes, an album is a really, really wild way to look at yourself. What you\u2019re going through in your life is going to affect whether you relate to the music that I\u2019m putting out at any given moment.”<\/p>\n
\nTaylor also reassured her fans that she is in the music business for the long-term.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: “We\u2019re doing this thing for keeps. I have such an eye on legacy when I\u2019m making my music. I know what I made. I know I adore it, and I know that on the theme of what the Showgirl is, all of this is part of it.”<\/p>\n
