Her \u2018mommy makeover\u2019 with Dr. Payman Danielpour<\/strong> and Dr. John Layke<\/strong> of Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group represents an empowering new chapter in her journey of self-confidence, healing and growth,\u201d Cartwright\u2019s rep Lori Krebs<\/strong> said in an exclusive statement to Us Weekly.<\/em><\/p>\n

The message continued, \u201cStaying true to her open and honest self, she\u2019ll be sharing more about the experience and her recovery on this Friday\u2019s episode of \u2018When Reality Hits With Brittany Cartwright.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

A source exclusively told Us<\/em> that Cartwright \u201cgot a mommy makeover, which included a tummy tuck and new implants. She removed the implants she had and got new ones.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cartwright, 36, shared via Instagram on Sunday, October 5, that she underwent an undisclosed surgical procedure, posting a photo of her stomach wrapped in compression bandages with two surgical drains filled with red liquid attached. \u201cWhen they said \u201cremove what no longer serves you,\u201d I took it literally \ud83d\udc85,\u201d [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Valley<\/em> star shared a cryptic post on Sunday, October 6, revealing that she underwent a mysterious procedure while sharing a mirror selfie featuring her stomach wrapped in compression bandages and two surgical drains.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen they said \u2018remove what no longer serves you,\u2019 I took it literally \ud83d\udc85,\u201d Cartwright, 36, wrote via Instagram. \u201cIn all seriousness, y\u2019all know I always keep it real \u2014 and sooo\u2026I did a thing\ud83d\udc95 Something I\u2019ve wanted to do for years and I finally took the step for me. Fans of Cartwright know that her breast augmentation surgery, which was featured in season 4 of Vanderpump Rules,<\/em> was financed by estranged husband<\/a> Jax Taylor<\/strong>. (Cartwright filed to divorce Taylor in August 2024 after the pair welcomed son Cruz<\/a>, 4.)<\/p>\n

In March, Cartwright shared on an episode of her \u201cWhen Reality Hits With Brittany Cartwright\u201d podcast that she was considering another surgery.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI get comments and stuff about my breasts all the time and it\u2019s so annoying because I had my boobs done, gosh, it\u2019s probably about 10 years ago,\u201d Cartwright said at the time. \u201cIt\u2019ll be time to get them redone again soon anyway. But after I had my son and as I said earlier, my weight, like, fluctuates so bad. So my boobs get really big or they\u2019ll shrink, they\u2019re one of the first places that I gain weight in. And a lot of people will accuse me of having my breasts done again.\u201d<\/p>\n
