Aaron Phypers<\/strong>\u2019 cousin Kathleen McAllister<\/strong> is supporting Denise Richards<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 allegations of abuse.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

McAllister made a virtual appearance during a Monday, October 6, court hearing focused on Richards\u2019 request to have a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband made permanent. Per People<\/i><\/span><\/a>, McAllister alleged that she witnessed her cousin assaulting Richards in January 2022. At the time, she was working in Phypers\u2019 wellness center in Malibu.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI saw Aaron hit Denise and immediately she had a really bad black eye,\u201d she claimed on Monday. \u201cI\u2019m literally in shock now to this day about it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

McAllister, who claimed that Phypers struck Richards with the palm of his hand, added that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/i> alum was \u201cin shock. I was in shock.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDenise Richards will be calling her estranged husband Aaron Phypers\u2019 mother to testify in court about his alleged \u201cabuse,\u201d Us Weekly can exclusively report. On August 29, Richards, 54, submitted her witness list for the hearing next week, and it includes Aaron\u2019s 84-year-old mom, Patricia Phypers. At the hearing, Richards is expected to argue for [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

According to McAllister, the exes had been quarreling: Phypers, 53, accused Richards, 54, of installing \u201clistening devices\u201d in his office. She claimed \u201cthere was alcohol mixed in,\u201d which heightened an \u201cevening of chaos and arguing [that] kept escalating.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Both Richards and Phypers appeared in a Los Angeles court<\/span><\/a> Monday amid their bitter legal battle. The latter filed for divorce on July 7 after six years of marriage. Phypers demanded that Richards pay monthly spousal support, after which Richards asked for a temporary restraining order. She claimed that \u201cAaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head.\u201d The court granted her request.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking to the court on Monday, McAllister detailed a separate altercation that took place in Phypers\u2019 office in March 2021. Richards, she claimed, \u201chid in the bathroom\u201d from her husband.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAaron was terrorizing her, and she was looking for support,\u201d she said, per People<\/i>. \u201cI was in my office, and she was texting from the bathroom.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDenise Richards\u2019 estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, fired back at her claims of domestic violence and shared alleged photo evidence to defend himself, Us Weekly can exclusively report. Phypers, 53, filed his response to Richards\u2019 claims that he was physically abusive during their marriage on Monday, September 15. He wrote, \u201cThere is no need for such [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

McAllister characterized the first few months of 2022 as an alleged \u201cperiod of escalating abuse\u201d and \u201cyelling and arguing.\u201d She claimed to have heard Phypers threaten to kill Richards \u201cseveral times,\u201d and described being fearful for her life as well as Richards.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe both were,\u201d she said, claiming, \u201cHe threatened to kill us.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

McAllister alleged that Phypers \u201cwould be raging and threatening that if we told anybody, he\u2019d kill us all. As abuse escalated through the years, he exploited our empathy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Us Weekly <\/i>has reached out to Phypers for comment.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tDenise Richards filed an emotional declaration as part of her plea for a restraining order, where she detailed the days leading up to her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, filing for divorce, Us Weekly can report. In her filing, Richards, 54, said she moved out of their marital home in late 2023 and into her own [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Phypers has denied Richards\u2019 allegations that he was abusive during the marriage, previously telling Us <\/i>in a statement, \u201cThese accusations are completely false and deeply hurtful.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
