Forget biological, I don\u2019t know the difference.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis little girl captivated me to the point where I told her, \u2018I\u2019m never going anywhere ever again.\u2019 And of course she had this smile and this laugh.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Lionel went on to marry Diane Alexander in 1995 before splitting in 2004 and they shar children Miles Richie, 31, and Sofia Richie, 27.  <\/p>\n<p>\nHowever, he admitted growing up with a famous father wasn\u2019t easy for his children, particularly Nicole, 44.<\/p>\n<p>\nHe said: \u201cThe hardest part about this is they\u2019re growing up, and I\u2019m taking off again. Right when you think everything\u2019s going to chill out, it goes to the next level and the next level. And now what\u2019s happening is it\u2019s becoming a problem.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cYou go to a recital with Nicole. Now there\u2019s enough pressure on Nicole just to be able to sit up there and do a kid\u2019s recital. The lady walks in and says, \u2018We have Lionel Richie in the audience tonight!\u2019 Oh, come on, guys, give the kid a break.
