The jokes, the awkward pauses, the looks \u2014 they were signs,\u201d says the insider.<\/p>\n<p>The insider says Nicole feels particularly betrayed by the fact that Keith\u2019s friends \u2014 including Blake Shelton \u2014 helped to keep his secret.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe just didn\u2019t want to believe them. She thought they were her friends, too.
