Nicole Kidman<\/strong> and Keith Urban<\/strong>, the Hollywood power couple who wed in 2006, have broken up, a source confirms to Vanity Fair.<\/em> According to TMZ<\/a>, the two Aussies have been living apart in their hometown of Nashville for months, since the beginning of the summer. The gossip site indicates that Urban initiated the separation.<\/p>\n The Oscar winner and the country singer share two teenage daughters, Sunday<\/strong> and Faith<\/strong>. They\u2019ve earned a reputation for being one of the entertainment industry\u2019s most devoted couples. In a 2007 Vanity Fair<\/em> cover story<\/a>, shortly after she and Urban got married, Kidman spoke candidly about her feelings for her new husband: \u201cSince getting married, I\u2019ve passed on things,\u201d she says. \u201cI do not want to be living my life away from the person I love. I just won\u2019t do it.\u201d In 2021, Urban called marrying Kidman his greatest achievement<\/a>.<\/p>\n In 2022, Urban spoke to The Sun<\/em><\/a> about his marriage and maintaining his sobriety: \u201cI still make the odd mistake, but not anything like I did in the past\u2014and these days I see them coming before everything implodes,\u201d he explained. \u201cWork-life balance is never really achieved, it is maintained.
