The loved-up duo – who star together in the Spider-Man film franchise – have decided to increase security at their home after fans began turning up at the property.<\/p>\n
An insider told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: “Fans kept rocking up to their place and it started to get a bit much. They love interacting with their fans but, when they\u2019re not working, they\u2019re just a young couple trying to have a normal life.<\/p>\n
“Fans had started arriving at their gates and asking for selfies and autographs.<\/p>\n
“They have got security now to deter any random visitors.”<\/p>\n
\nTom and Zendaya’s neighbours have also noticed the increased security in recent times.<\/p>\n
\nOne neighbour shared: “It\u2019s been like living next to a film set recently.<\/p>\n
\n“As soon as Tom and Zendaya started filming the new Spider-Man fans just kept turning up.<\/p>\n
\n“Now they\u2019ve got this burly security bloke outside. He\u2019s friendly enough but looking at him, he\u2019s not the kind of man you\u2019d want to miff off.”<\/p>\n
\nThe celebrity duo went public with their romance back in 2021, and Zendaya previously admitted that she feels “extra safe” whenever she works with Tom.<\/p>\n
\nThe actress told Vanity Fair’s 2025 Hollywood Issue: “It\u2019s actually strangely comfortable. It\u2019s like second nature, if anything. You feel extra safe with the person you\u2019re acting beside. I love working with him. <\/p>\n
\n“He\u2019s so talented, and so passionate about what he does. He always gives things 1,000 percent, even if he\u2019s absolutely worn down. I really appreciate that about him. It feels pretty normal. That\u2019s how we met. Literally, at a chemistry read.”<\/p>\n
\nPrior to that, Tom confessed to Googling Zendaya’s name.<\/p>\n
\nThe actor revealed that he searches Zendaya’s name in order to “check” that she’s okay.<\/p>\n
\nAppearing on Samah Dada’s On The Menu podcast, Tom shared: “The last thing I Googled was actually Zendaya. <\/p>\n
\n“I\u2019m not on [social media], and I delete it when I\u2019m not using it. So, sometimes, like, it\u2019s more of a bit of an anxiety thing, but I\u2019ll check to see if everything\u2019s good and to make sure we\u2019re all cool.<\/p>\n
\n“So I just give her a little Google and look [through] the news, and I\u2019m like, \u2018She\u2019s good.'”<\/p>\n
