He&#8217;s not interested in the Hollywood spotlight. He&#8217;s there for her.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is very supportive of her. Everything is balanced and it makes her very happy.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>\nReese has son Deacon, 21, and daughter Ava, 26, with her actor-ex-husband Ryan Phillippe and son Tennessee, 12, with second husband Jim Toth. <\/p>\n<p>\nHaarmann has two children from a previous marriage.<\/p>\n<p>\nThis is Reese\u2019s first serious relationship since her split from Toth in 2023 after 12 years of marriage<\/p>\n<p>\nA source previously told PEOPLE that Reese is \u201chaving fun\u201d with Oliver, and \u201cloves that he\u2019s a businessman and not in Hollywood\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe insider added: \u201cReese is doing great and enjoys dating. She&#8217;s having fun with Oliver.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cShe often flies between Nashville and N.Y.C. to see him.
